Cynthia is a dedicated professional with a passion for both community service, the healthcare industry, and the sports industry.
Eager to expand her horizons, she recently graduated from New York University (NYU) online with a certificate in Fundamentals of Sports Management, reflecting her diverse interests and commitment to lifelong learning.
Cynthia's professional journey has been marked by significant achievements and leadership roles. For over a decade, she served as an Operations Manager in the multiple industries. Her dedication and expertise led her to the role of Regional Operations Manager in the dental field, where she continued to excel and make a positive impact.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Cynthia is also the founder/owner of In The Paint Academy, where she aims to provide more opportunities for young athletes. Through this initiative, Cynthia seeks to develop future adults by offering higher education and a mentorship program alongside athletic training. Cynthia's multifaceted background, coupled with her dedication to community service and her diverse skill set, make her a valuable asset in both the healthcare and sports industries

Danelle Sanders
Danelle Sanders brings over 18 years of experience as a professional educator in the K-12 public school system to her role as Director of Education at In The Paint Gymnasium. With a passion for academic excellence and student development, she plays a vital role in shaping educational initiatives within our programs.
Danelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Florida (UCF), and an Education Specialist degree in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University. Her extensive background in teaching, tutoring, and curriculum development spans kindergarten through ninth grade, covering subjects such as reading, writing, math, science, and college preparation.
With a strong commitment to mentorship and learning, Danelle ensures that education remains at the forefront of our mission, empowering young athletes both on and off the court. Her expertise and dedication make her an invaluable asset to our team and the communities we serve.

With extensive experience in international recruitment, Qian brings a wealth of expertise to our team.
